We want you to feel confident choosing your Circe Stones piece. Because every piece is individually hand-selected and natural stone varies from piece to piece, we encourage you to read the product description and check our Size Guide carefully before ordering.

CHANGE OF MIND

Due to the individual nature of our jewellery, Circe Stones does not offer refunds for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before placing your order, particularly when selecting bangle or ring sizing.

SIZE EXCHANGES

If you have selected the incorrect size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where another suitable size is available, we are happy to arrange an exchange provided the piece is unworn, unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return postage and the cost of sending the replacement piece are the responsibility of the customer for size exchanges.

Because each natural stone piece is unique, an exchanged piece will not have identical colour, patterning or inclusions to the original.

NATURAL VARIATION

No two Circe Stones pieces are identical.

Variations in colour, pattern, translucency, inclusions, mineral formations and natural markings are inherent characteristics of natural stone and form part of the individuality of each piece.

These natural characteristics are not considered faults and are the unique aspects that make the pieces. 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you believe your piece has arrived damaged, is faulty, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the piece and packaging so we can assist you.

Please do not return an item before contacting us.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

For approved change-of-size exchanges, returned jewellery must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In its original condition

• Returned with its original Circe Stones pouch and packaging

• Securely packaged to prevent damage in transit

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Circe Stones cannot be responsible for change-of-size returns lost in transit.
